Description
On April 23, 2024, the Federal Trase Commission (FTC) issued a final rule to effectively ban non-compete agreements between employees and employers in most industries. This broad-based rule would force employers to reevaluate their strategies for retaining talent and protecting trade secrets – assuming the rule survives court challenges. This presentation will brief employers on what they need to know now about this important new development.
