- W-2 health coverage reporting—what is required to be reported and where does it go on the W-2?
- Notices required upon initial enrollment---what notices are you required to give when an employee or retiree enrolls in a plan and how do you give it to them?
- Notices required at annual enrollment—what notices are you required to give annually to eligible employees and/or retirees and how do you give it to them?
- SPDs—when are you required to furnish them, to whom and how do you furnish them?
- Governmental filings by month (assuming a calendar year plan)
