The Agencies recently issued regulations that clarify certain aspects of the surprise billing provisions in the No Surprises Act.  In part III of this webinar series, we will continue to break down the new regulations and discuss next steps for plans and administrators. We will also discuss the recent FAQ released by the agencies that delayed enforcement of several requirements of the No Surprises Act.
