Fees on Plans and Policies for the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Trust Fund
The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) imposes a Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI) fee on health plan sponsors and issuers of individual and group accident and health policies.  The first year the fee is one dollar per covered life for the year.  The second year the fee increases to two dollars per covered life for the year.

IRS released final regulations on the PCORI fee in the December 6, 2012 Federal Register, Vol. 77, No. 235, page 72721.  These final regulations are posted on the SPBA member website under Health Reform/Tax on Plans/ PCORI:  Federal Register Final Regulations.

This webinar gives you the opportunity to interact directly with the IRS individuals who are focused on explaining the new requirements to the regulated community, both from the self-funded and fully-insured perspective.

Don't miss this opportunity to interact with the IRS people who will implement the rule.
