There are a number of different nondiscrimination rules governing health benefit plans, all of which are significant to avoid penalties. Often, an SPBA member is focused on one set of rules and leaves out the other set when thinking about nondiscrimination. This webinar will review the variety of nondiscrimination rules and focus on the IRS rules. Ashley will walk us through the IRS rules to help you better identify how plan designs are impacted and the consequences if the rules are not satisfied.
