Description
This webinar will review the IRS filing requirements under Code Section 6055 and 6056 as well as IRS Forms 1095-C and 1094-C in detail. There have been some changes to the final 2016 forms and instructions that TPAs should understand. The good faith standard is over and for 2016 filers must show "reasonable cause" for why they failed to comply.

The podcast is an MP3 format, audio-only file, that you can “save as” to your computer hard drive and then move to any MP3 compatible device. The podcast will not provide the corresponding PPT video since it is an audio-only file. However, you can download the PPT from the SPBA website.
