ICD 10: The Benefits and Challenges
In response to SPBA member requests, we are offering this webinar on ICD 10. Those members who attended the SPBA Fall Meeting last year had the opportunity to hear Mr. Barrett’s presentation and many have asked for this presentation to be offered as a webinar so other TPA staff could hear this too. This presentation brings a dry topic to life and shows you why TPAs need to start working on this project, if they have not already done so.
Attendees will be given an overview of the benefits and impacts of migrating from ICD 9 to ICD 10. ICD 10 will have a broad-based impact on the health care industry. Many have not realized that there are also business transformation opportunities that this initiative also provides. There will be a discussion of tools, assessment and planning that TPAs need to address, including a proposed timeline that TPAs should adopt to meet the compliance timeline.
Who Should Attend: Only direct employees of SPBA member TPA firms and Stop-Loss Service Partners should attend.
Cost: The cost will be $175 per location. You may have as many people as can fit in a room, hear a conference call and see a computer screen.
