The Agencies recently released additional interim final rules implementing the No Surprises Act. This new IFR addresses the Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR) process established in the No Surprises Act for resolving payer-provider disputes of out-of-network claims. In our continuing webinar series focusing on the implementing regulations for the No Surprises Act, we will continue to break down the new regulations and discuss next steps for plans and administrators.
