In the Families First Coronavirus Response Act and the CARES Act, Congress imposed requirements on health plans regarding coverage of COVID-19 testing and approved COVID-19 vaccines. The agencies, including the IRS, DOL, HHS, and the EEOC have provided additional guidance for employers navigating these requirements and seeking provide workers with a safe and healthy workplace environment.
This webinar will provide a refresher for plan obligations for coverage of COVID-19 testing without cost sharing or medical management techniques and an update for requirements for vaccine coverage and options for employers seeking to encourage workers to get vaccinated.

- Under what circumstances are COVID-19 tests required to be covered without cost-sharing?
- What price does the plan have to pay an out-of-network provider for a COVID-19 test?
- How must COVID-19 vaccines be covered and how is that coverage requirement different from other vaccines and preventive care?
- How long will the requirements for testing and vaccines be in place?
