Description:  Like prior years, this year has been full of legal compliance “happenings.”  As this year comes to an end, we want to spend a little time to look back on those legal happenings.  Why look back?  As a famous philosopher once said, “Life can only be understood backwards but it must be lived forwards.”  So, in addition to looking back, we will take a look into 2020 and hypothesize what might be.
