Description
The first deadline for furnishing to individuals the 2015 Form 1095-C, Employer-Provided Health Insurance Offer and Coverage is March 31, 2016. Many TPAs are receiving questions from clients about how to complete the forms correctly. SPBA has had a number of webinars and meeting sessions on this topic, but we think the membership will be served by another webinar close to the filing deadline. The focus of the webinar will be on answering your questions. We ask that you submit your questions in advance, so we can structure the webinar accordingly. Please submit questions in advance to SPBA President Anne Lennan, anne@spbatpa.org.

In addition to this live webinar, this webinar will be recorded and offered in a streaming mode (Internet connection required) and a podcast only format (permitting you to download the recording and use it disconnected from the Internet). The podcast is an MP3 format, audio-only file, that you can “save as” to your computer hard drive and then move to any MP3 compatible device. The podcast will not provide the corresponding PPT video since it is an audio-only file. However, you can download the PPT from the SPBA website.
