The speaker, Serge Solski, spoke at the 2015 SPBA Fall Meeting on this topic. Many SPBA members requested to have him give a webinar as not all TPA staff could attend the Fall Meeting. The material is generally a repeat from the Fall Meeting, but will include some new insights.

The podcast will not provide the corresponding PPT video since it is an audio-only file. However, you can download the PPT from the SPBA website.
